Blowed Head Gasket

Man it was fast it was fast it was faaaaast.

It was fast right up to the point where it began to melt the copper head gaskets.

Why why why?????

Because there was a loose nut behind the steering wheel.

FYI--when you add timing and subtract fuel the engine runs lean--this makes the engine produce more power and the car goes faster. This type of tune, however, is a 1/4 mile tune. While using a tune such as this on fuel injected engines DO NOT RUN THE CAR AT WIDE OPEN THROTTLE PAST A 1/4 MILE OR IT WILL--IT WILL--IT WILL DISINTEGRATE THE ENGINE

Ps. I will never make this mistake again

  1. Thanks for the info. Next time I buy a mustang, learn how to fix it up, and race it... I'll try my best to recall what you said about this.
